Mr. Reid understood the significance of delivering this item and its final intent of usage therefore kept me informed along the route and notified me immediately upon arrival before unloading the chair. I still don't know how he did it but he did all he said and more in the time promised. I would definitely call upon him again to use his services. On a side note- he has a great attitude which really calmed my concerns
